Next Show Begins March 30, 2010

The Marburger Farm Antique Show has been a favorite source for antiques for more than a dozen years. Our outdoor show features more than 350 dealers from across the United States and the world. Our 43 acre field boasts ten large tents and 12 historic buildings. We offer an extraordinary range of antiques including architectural, English, Continental, Asian, industrial, garden, Americana, painted furniture, fine art, early Texas, mid century modern, French, silver, jewelry, textiles, paintings and prints.

The show begins with Early Buying Tuesday offering shoppers a chance to purchase never before seen antiques and is a must experience. Our parking is free and paid admission is good all week. Daily cash drawings, full service café, comfort stations and on site shipping complement the shopping experience. Advance tickets are available and groups are encouraged.

Newsweek says the Marburger Farm Antique Show is one of the country's best venues for collectors. We are proud of the international acclaim our show has received and we continually strive to make Marburger Farm the best antique show for our dealers and guests. Marburger Farm Antique Show has been covered by Country Living, Maine Antique Digest, Antiques and The Arts, Texas LIVE, Arthur Frommer’s Budget Travel, Texas Home & Living and numerous other publications.

Whether you are a seasoned collector, designer or a curious newcomer to the world of antiques, we invite you to visit the world renowned Marburger Farm Antique Show in historic Round Top, Texas.

For our Spring show, we are excited to host Jo Packham, creator and editor of Where Women Create. Jo will be signing copies of her innovative new magazine beginning Tuesday, March 30. Where Women Create features the workspaces of designers, artists and dealers. While at Marburger Farm, Where Women Create will photograph Marburger dealer Magnolia Pearl and other dealers for inclusion in future issues of the magazine. Come share your creative stories with Jo and see why Where Women Create has become one of the most popular magazine in the industry.

Hollie Davis and Andrew Richmond will be our guests at the Spring show. Hollie and Andrew write a monthly feature in the Maine Antique Digest known as The Young Collector. When they are not traveling the country attending antique shows and writing their stories, Hollie is working at p4A.com – Prices for Antiques and Andrew is working at Garth’s Auctions. Their insight, knowledge and enthusiasm for the world of antiques has energized an entire class of younger collectors and dealers. This is their first trip to Texas and they will be available to share their wealth of information regarding collections and all things antiques. This experience isn’t reserved exclusively for the younger collector but those of any age who appreciate the style, quality, value and eco-friendliness of antiques.

We will welcome the authors of The Parisian Cowboy’s Guide to the Round Top Experience, Gretchen von Rochow and Kerry Rupp. They will be debuting this exciting new book which features many Marburger Farm dealers. Marburger Farm will have copies available for sale.

Fancy Smith from Cactus Creek Daily and Bryan Rindfuss from the San Antonio Current will be our Guest Bloggers. They will be updating their blogs throughout the show.

In keeping with our traditional show philanthropy, a portion of our Fall 2009 Show proceeds were donated to the Methodist Men's Group of La Grange First United Methodist Church. Their outreach program provides resources for many local groups.
